  3. returns and refunds
    3.1 14-day no-reason refund
    you have the right to cancel your order and return the purchased item(s) within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, for any reason. to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
    3.2 refund processing time
    once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed. please note that it may take at least 14 days for the funds to appear in your original payment account due to processing times of banks or card issuers.
    3.3 paypal refunds
    if you paid via paypal, your refund will also be processed through paypal. while we process refunds immediately upon approval, paypal may take at least 14 days to complete the transaction back to your account. please note that due to the policies in some jurisdictions, paypal may require a refund window of up to 30 days. we adhere to these requirements where applicable.
