1. Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that Lai Wah Limited is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to international shipments.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the following terms.

2.1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted.

2.2. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Lai Wah Limited cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and then inside a suitable shipping box or poly mailer.

  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  4. Ship the package to the following return address:

Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number) may be refused.

2.4. Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt of your return, Lai Wah Limited will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions outlined in section 2.1. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) do not meet these conditions.

Once the inspection is complete and your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. This timeframe includes the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

3. PayPal Refund Policy

For purchases made using PayPal, our standard refund policy applies. Refunds for PayPal transactions will be initiated within 14 days of receiving and approving your returned item.

However, please be aware that local consumer laws may provide additional rights. In certain jurisdictions, PayPal transactions may be subject to a statutory refund period of up to 30 days. Lai Wah Limited will comply with all applicable local laws, and where such laws require, the refund period for PayPal purchases will be extended to 30 days. The refund will be processed to the original PayPal account used at checkout.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the unwanted item following the process in section 2.3 for a refund. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website, w86.watchhousesale.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. This may include items such as earrings or personalized items, where explicitly stated on the product page.
